My Thoughts:
Hi Dolls!! I was really lucky to have the change to review this book by Lauren Clark, Pie Girls have glued my attention to her books. ( I really need to look out or more book by this author.)
Here we go this book is about the story of lovely Searcy , who always dreamed to leave her small town and go big. But even when she got almost “everything” money, nice apartment, lots of designer shoes, and a handsome husband she still being Cinderella and at the end of the day all the magic disappear and she turns into a pumpkin of course not literally LOL, but Searcy is missing a lot of stuff in her daily basic. Things that she try and have avoid for many years now but Bang!!
Her husband turns the whole story when he quits his job and want the divorce.
Searcy was so devastated with this but I really admired that she try first to saved her marriage, she didn't give up easily but It was really late she supposed to do care of her husband everyday, but she was settle in her comfy life with really good and expensive things that she thought she couldn't have everything in life so she just move with the flow.
Of course like every woman that is her situation knows or supposed wants to go away and she do it.
When shes at her moms the whole topic thing gets totally clear for us readers and I love it!!!! but I hate that Searcy was so selfish and adsorbed in her material life, that she didn't even call her mom once at week and the poor old lady was ill and by herself.
Through the pages you'll fall for Searcy and understand her and you will find a new HOT man, you will discover that Third person in Searcy's marriage and believe you will be astonish.
My Facts:
- Easy to read, very clear and it has a nice plot.
- Loved the fact the Searcy wasn't afraid to fight for her mom.
- Loved how Searcy's friends acted when they find out about the divorce.
- OHH and the Altons affair!!
- The Pies!! I Love to bake!
So readers don't wait more and start watching how Searcy become the person she evolded into. Get to know the supporting characters that I'm sure will remind you someone you know and you will like them and OMG Luke he is OMG super duper SEXY & HOT.
OHH and what about the pies you'll read of a lot of recipes Searcy bake for her moms bakery and guess what????

Mis Pensamientos: Hola muñecas !! Soy muy afortunada de tener la oportunidad de dar mi opinion sobre este libro de Lauren Clark, Pie Girls el cual ha pegado mi atención a sus libros. (Realmente tengo leer mas ibros de ella.) Aquí vamos este libro es sobre la historia de la hermosa Searcy, que siempre soñó con salir de su pequeño pueblo y a la gran ciudad. Pero incluso cuando llegó a tener casi "todo", bonito apartamento, un montón de zapatos de diseñador, y un marido guapo aun con esto ella sigue siendo Cenicienta y al final del día toda la magia desaparece y ella se convierte en una calabaza por supuesto no literalmente LOL, pero Searcy le falta un montón de cosas en su vida diaria. Cosas que trata de evitar y ocultar desde hace muchos años, pero un dia BANG todo cambia!! Su marido le da vuelta a su cuento de hadas cuando él deja su trabajo y quiere que el divorcio. Searcy estaba tan devastada con esto, por un momento admire su intento por salvar su matrimonio, ella no se dio por vencida fácilmente, pero era muy tarde ya, suponía que tenía que hacerse cargo de su marido todos los días, pero dio todo por dado y se acomodo a su vida llena de comididad, con cosas muy buenas y caras que ella pensó que no podía tener todo en la vida por lo que sólo se mueven con el flujo y se hace de la vista gorda. Cuando ella está con su mamá todo el asunto del tema obtiene su significado totalmente claro para nosotros los lectores y me encanto !!!! pero no me gusta que Searcy era tan egoísta y adsorbido en su vida material, que ella ni siquiera llamaba a su madre una vez a la semana y la pobre anciana estaba enferma y sola. A través de las páginas que vas a concer a Searcy y entenderla, ella se encuentra un hombre nuevo muy Guapo, descubrirás quien es La tercera persona en el matrimonio de Searcy y creeme que te asombraras. Mis Datos: - Fácil de leer, muy claro y tiene una bonita parcela. - Me encantó el hecho de que Searcy no tenía miedo de luchar por su mamá. - Me encantó cómo los amigos de Searcy actuaron cuando se enteran del divorcio. - OHH y el asunto Alton !! - Los Pies !! Amo a hornear! Así que lectores no esperen más y empieza a ver cómo Searcy va a convertirse en la persona que es ahora. Conozca a los personajes secundarios que estoy segura les recordará a alguien que ustedes conoce y le van a gustar y OMG Lucas es OMG SEXY super chulo y CALIENTE. OHH y ¿qué pasa con los pasteles leerás de una gran cantidad de recetas que Searcy hornear durante ¿adivinen qué ???? Podran encontrar 4 recetas de pies !!!!
No puedo esperar a hornear y ser una mas de las Pie Girls!
